Support
Email hello@codeaustral.com for account, purchase, privacy, deletion, or technical support. Include your app version, device model, and a short description of the issue.
Purchases are handled through Apple in the iOS app. Restore purchases, privacy, terms, and support links are available from the Control screen.
Before contacting support
Confirm that TalkMaestro is updated, the iPhone has a working network connection, and microphone access is enabled in iOS Settings. Close and reopen the app once, then repeat the exact speaking exercise that failed. If audio is not captured, disconnect Bluetooth headphones temporarily so the test uses the iPhone microphone.
What to include
Send the iPhone model, iOS version, TalkMaestro version, the name of the exercise, and the last step that completed successfully. Describe what you expected and what appeared instead. A screenshot is useful for a visual error, but do not send a password, verification code, full payment details, or a private recording that is unrelated to the issue.
Account and privacy requests
Use the email associated with the account so the support team can match the request without asking for unnecessary personal information. State whether you need access help, a data copy, correction, or account deletion. Identity may need to be confirmed before an account-level change is completed.
Speaking-session troubleshooting
Test in a quiet room, keep the microphone unobstructed, and speak at a normal distance. If one prompt fails but others work, include the prompt name. If every prompt fails, say whether the app shows an audio waveform, a network message, or no response; those details distinguish capture, connection, and processing problems.
